Inner cage for Shimano derailleurs

The inner half of the cage for Shimano Shadow+ derailleurs. If your derailleur cage long or short, for the installation of cage for extenders you need this inner part, the cage length will be medium. Medium cage is optimal when cassette extender and single chainring are used.
